Women Empowerment Sector

Beejak Seva Sansthan has played a vital role in promoting women's empowerment by reaching out to women from rural parts of India who were previously engaged in low-paying jobs in Bidi factories. By mobilizing these women and training them in new skills such as handicrafts, beautician, and tailoring, the organization has helped them acquire new skills and become financially independent.
We also actively worked on “Didi Ki Rasoi” project. In this project women from the rural villages were motivated and helped in creating self-employment opportunities.
Beejak Seva Sansthan has been instrumental in empowering homemakers and housewives from rural areas of India by providing them with upskilling opportunities. Through various training programs, the organization has helped these women acquire new skills in areas such as handicrafts, beautician.

Beejak Seva Sansthan has been at the forefront of women's empowerment by enabling more than 1000 women to become entrepreneurs and providing them with employment opportunities. Through various training programs, the organization has helped women set up entrepreneurship ventures such as Silaai (Sewing) Centers, Boutiques, and Beauty Parlours.
We played a vital role in welfare of the women who worked in the local bidi factories. The women were identified and mobilized by our team to other professions because by making these products they were not only involved in the increase of national tuberculosis cases but also were harming their own health as well. We focused on these women and trained them in weaving and other crafts, producing things from which they can improve their economic condition.
In the rural villages the people who lived under the BPL category, they used to refuse to go to hospital for check-up of their pregnant women because they have scarcity of money, so we organized health camps in their village by providing free nutrition powder and making them to be aware about cleanliness. Also, we have provided free diabetes check-up, blood pressure and benefit of family planning by motivating them to get their child’s birth certificate.
