Skilling Sector

In the year 2017-18 we were recognised by MSDE and were granted with various skill development projects under PMKVY. Within the same calendar year, we successfully trained more than 800 women and helped in job placements and entrepreneurship for more than 600 women out of those trained candidates.
In the year 2018-19 we continued our great work in this sector and trained around 3000 candidates (both male and female) in skills like Telecom, Beauty and Wellness, Apparel, Logistics, Agriculture, Health, Power, Media Entertainment etc. Out of those we were able to provide assistance in successful job placements and entrepreneurship opportunities to more than 2000 candidates.
In the year 2019-20 the skilling sector slowed down a bit due to Covid Lockdown and we trained close to 1500 candidates (both male and female) in the same skills from past years and more than 70% of the candidates were either placed on jobs or were helped in setting up their entrepreneurship ventures.

In the years 2020-21 and 2021-22 we trained more than 400 candidates in Mobile Handset Repair Engineers and IoT Certification under the CSR projects of Huawei. Again, more than 70% of the candidates were either placed on jobs or were helped in setting up their entrepreneurship ventures.
These years Beejak Seva Sansthan grew gradually both as an organization as well as the certified Training Partner of NSDC working on the PMKVY scheme nation-wide and had more than 15 training centers in Bihar, Jharkhand and Karnataka states.
Beejak Seva Sansthan has collaborated with many organizations and government bodies on projects such as PMKVY with NSDC, Sankalp and GKRA with MSDE and NIESBUD, Skill India, NSKFDC, Saksham with JSDM.
