- Beejak Seva Sansthan has developed an institution named as Beejak Krishi Anusandhan Kendra, dedicated to the farmers who are unaware of the modern technologies for farming which hampers their productivity.
- Beejak Krishi Anusandhan Kendra runs various programs such as Organic Grower Program, Farm Mechanization Awareness Training Program, Pashudhan Suraksha Abhiyan and Skill Development for Village Farmers.
- Placement support and creating supply chain for Quality Seed Growers. The program has developed a smooth seed distribution channel, which promote traditional seeds conservation and supply and it includes three NGOs and more than two thousand farmers.
- Provide training of Organic Farming in the mentorship of National Skill Development Corporation under the central government scheme of Pradhan Mantari Kaushal Vikas Yojna, funded by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship to more than 200 farmers in Nawada district of Bihar.
- Organised training of Dairy farming in the mentorship of National Skill Development Corporation under the central government scheme of Pradhan Mantari Kaushal Vikas Yojna, funded by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship to more than 60 farmers in Nawada district of Bihar.
- Mobilised, counselled and supported to create SHG & FPO for organic farming. Promote Organic Farming through creating awareness about sustainability of agriculture and govt schee and subsidiary benefits for opting organic farming.
- Support farmers to develop warmi compost centers and organic fertilisers in the districts of Gaya Nawada and Nalanda.
